Receiving a card can really make someone's day and that is one of the things I love about sending them! Today I am going to share a couple of little cards that I made for two very lovely friends who I wanted to give a hug in an envelope to!
Firstly there is this 'You Can Do It' card which had an extra deep spine so I could include a little gift in it. The card is Island indigo and Very Vanilla, the papers are from Venetian Romance and I used the 2 1/2 Inch Circle Punch, the Blossom Punch, The Decorative Label Punch, The Modern Label Punch and the Word Window Punch. The Silver Glimmer Paper adds a touch of sparkle and the Chevron ribbon adds a finishing touch. The stamping is in Island Indigo Ink and I have sponged the edges of the Very Vanilla Layer with Pistachio Pudding.
Secondly using almost the same supplies I made this little Thank You / You are wonderful card! I have added a butterfly punched with the Elegant Butterfly Punch and topped it with a scalloped circle from the Bitty Punch Pack and a sparkly Rhinestone. The main sentiment is from Chalk Talk and it has been punched out using the Extra Large Oval Punch. I do love my punches they are such a great investment and make putting together cards so easy and fun.

Both cards of course had matching envelopes made with the Envelope Punch Board, but I forgot to take a photo of those!
