I love our quarterly team training days and getting to spend a whole day with such a wonderful bunch of people. It is also a lot of fun designing and sharing projects with them. This time one of the things included in the kits was the delightful Irresistibly Yours Papers. Now at first glance these papers may not look that exciting but when you start to play with them it is very hard to stop! The beautiful embossed sections really come to life when you add colour as they resist the inks and the patterns really pop.
One of the projects I shared was this fun Project Life Page
It features lots of lovely things you can do with the papers and a couple of different ways you can colour them. On this insert I have used the stunning rose panel from the Artisan Embellishment Kit as a mask and gently sponged through it with Bermuda Bay Ink. I have then stamped on top with Stazon Ink. You can also see the rose panel in all its glory on the page - way too pretty not to keep!
For this next panel I have used my Bermuda Bay Ink and carefully only stamped on the non shiny part of the card before inking around the edges of the card.
And on these panels I have added colour by sponging and by adding some pieces of the Birthday Bash Washi Papers. I have also used one of the stunning Something Borrowed Embellishments to add some sparkle.
The stamps I have used on this page are the Free Best Day Ever Stamps and the wonderful Remember This Stamps.
